I just want to set up a website to advertise and sell computer and cell phone products. I know there are many different choices on how to develop a website. I want it to be capable for pdas as well as pcs and laptops.

I was wondering if there is a standard number of hit to a website that need to be possesed a day before businesses are willing to advertise on that site. I assume some businesses will go for the advertising just because the website relates to them or they have strong feelings for it (i.e. a family member advertising on a family members page, etc) , but from a "smart for business" stand point, What number of hit do I need on my website to attract advertisment revenue oppurtunities?

Any other info about advertising revenue would help me too. Links to websites relating to this topic would be great!

I want to advertise other peoples products that they want to sell.i'll put their info (product name, picture, username, email, and desired price) in an ad space box when other people search for it. will people sell their product? i am not selling their product, my website it just advertising their product. it is not an auction, like ebay. so if you see somthing you want to buy just click their box and email them your offer. if they accept, they mail out the product, and you mail a moneyorder. will this work?
